Will changing image file names in Crush Pic's app affect my dropshipping site?

I am using the Crush pic's app and have crushed my pictures and renamed alt tags but I am a little concerned about doing the file names because I have a drop shipping site and all my suppliers have sku numbers and a lot of the file names have there abbreviations on them.

My question is if I have the file names changed will that mess up my website as far as ordering or fulfulling orders?
