Will my apps automatically transfer when changing themes?

Hi, I am moving my shopify store to a new theme. I just wanted to know if all apps installed on the previous theme will automatically move to the new theme. I don't want to move some of the apps to the new theme and avoid extra codes from unused apps. please guide me.

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App, I’d like to suggest this idea:

When you switch from a Shopify theme to a new one, apps installed on the old theme won't automatically switch to the new theme. you can select "Apps" in Shopify dashboard, you will see a list of all installed apps on your store. Check the apps list and determine which ones you don't want to use on the new theme and remove it. This will help you avoid unnecessary code from unused apps on the new theme.

Is it just some front-end apps that dont switch over? Or back-end apps too?
