I want to know if my syncing with my Printful products will be affected if ...
1) I change the page name of my Shopify store page??
2) Having more than one Domain Name directed to the site -- if I change which one is the actual displayed site name?
In other words - is my Printful syncing to the current page names and site name and therefore will not be able to sync if I change them - or, does it just know my basic store account under my name and Shopify's store page under any name and therefore would be unaffected??

As for your current inquiry, the short answer is no.
Your myShopify URL will always be attached to your store/account no matter what changes you make (add a new domain or change the name of your store's name). This serves as your username on the platform and will always be attached to your account with us; the same goes for Printful.
The changes you are wanting to make are possible. Just something to note, the myShopify URL will always remain the same and cannot be changed. You can add a new domain which will be what your customers will see, as well as change the name of the store (which can be completely different from the myShopify URL) but the myShopify URL cannot be changed because you use your .myshopify.com
URL to log in to your store and identify your account when you contact Shopify Support
