I've been using Smart Wishlist, and I really like it. 

I came across Smart Wishlist because I looked at the source code on one of my favorite clothing websites, saw they were using Smart Wishlist, and so I decided to give it a try.

There are a variety of Wishlist apps out there that are great. One in particular that I would recommend is GroWave. Not only does this app support Wishlist functionality, It's also a Loyalty program, rewards, referrals, and photo reviews app all-in-one. I'd definitely recommend checking it out. If you sell in person, it also integrates with the Shopify Point of Sale system. Feel free to check out their app demo here.

Who one says "wishlist", what would be the difference from a "cart saver"? Seems like a glorified "cart saver". Assuming one can save multiple carts and each given a name that can shared with friends with a unique URL, wouldn't be the same thing?
