Wrogn language in customer notifications

Hi there!

In our application we use the REST Order API to create order.

We set the field "send_receipt" to notify the customer of the order creation but the customer receives the SMS in the wrong language.

No matter which language is configured in the store and no matter whats in the SMS Order template, the SMS is always in english.

Another problem is that the e-mail is never sent.

In the store admin, in the order history, there are two messages saying that the SMS and E-mail are sent and that messages are in english too, differing from the rest of the admin.

Do anyone can help me?
