XERO integration with Shopify & invoice numbers

Hi 

We have installed the XERO integration with Shopify in our backend. We have mapped and connected to XERO and there is a page that states 'x number of invoices were created in XERO' 

BUt is there a way of configuring so that XERO uses the Shopify invoice number?
