You need admin access to the connected business to complete setup

Hello shopify community,

For more than a few months I am trying to set up my shop on Facebook & Instagram app but after I connect the facebook account, on second step called "Bussines Assets" I receive this error:

"You need admin access to the connected business to complete setup

This Shopify store already has a catalog, which is owned by a business account. To continue, contact an admin for the connected business account and ask them to grant you access."

I followed this guide in order to check if the email adress that has the bussines manager (and the fb account) has admin acces and it does have. Or the one that need to have admin acces is the adres email that owns the shopify store? I am confused here, and also I think it is usefull to add that a year ago another catalgoue was created with another bussines fb account by a person I did not get along with. 

Please help me out!
