hey we have some issue with display our rates for shopify checkout,

currently we using serverless function that return the rates to shopify with the right timeout up to 10s, all work fine but sometimes

our customer have this message "Your chosen shipping method rate is no longer valid, select new rate",

and cannot proceed their order.

there is something we can do about that? also we cannot understand when it's happens

I'm having the same issue. I use a few apps. The shipping app I use is FBA Shipping by Bytestand. It's been working for a year, but I've noticed a few customers have been notifying me of this issue now. It started a few months/weeks ago.

Same here!  We use a multivendor app to deliver our shipping rates and customers seem to get this error when a coupon code is populated.  Has anyone resolved this?

We have the same issue and customers are not able to complete their order.  Is there a fix in site?

Hi, how does the issue occur on your site and do you use a third party app to determine shipping rates?  Thanks!

hey, we develop our  3rd side app for shopify customer to use that for dynamic checkout rates, if you want to hear about us send me PM, i heard of this issue from our customers, still i didnt find anything yet related to this bug
