Admin Links and Bulk Actions - no longer supported?

If I select one order and have an extension for an admin link set to order details, the button link in More Actions sends the ID of the order to my App for processing as it has forever.

If I select 3 or 7 or heck 27 orders and have an extension on the order overview, where bulk actions used to exist, now I can only click More Actions, and NO IDs get sent to my App. So it seems something has been either botched in the Admin Links or I am unaware of how these changes to the Admin work. Can someone enlighten me, please? How do we now process > 1 item in a bulk way with the Admin Links? Or is that now nuked? And if nuked, WHY?

I see. It is a Bulk Extension now. OK. This exposes a flaw in Admin Links. One can set up an Admin Link for Orders Overview, which generates a link in the More Actions for the merchant, that informs the App of absolutely nothing. Except that the merchant was on the Orders Overview page. You might want to clean that up. It is basically a no-op and made me lose time for one thing.
