App Bridge problems since upgrading Shopify POS to 7.x

I have an app that was developed a couple of years ago that uses App Bridge to transfer orders created in the app to the Shopify POS for payment. This app was working correctly for almost two years. However, after the recent update to Shopify POS 7.x the transfer from the app to the Shopify POS has become problematic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It works fine on one iPad and does not work on another.


I am looking for suggestions as how to get some technical support to try to resolve these issues. I have tried many things on my end and have put some band aids in place that has the functionality sort of working, but would like to get to the bottom of what is causing the problems. Any suggestions as to how best to get support would be appreciated.


I obviously have the code and extensive logging showing what is happening that I would be able to share to demonstrate the issues.
