Embebed App Opens in a New Tab

Has anyone else come across this issue? After accessing the embebed app from the app index, it opens a new tab and the initial unified admin tab shows an error with console error here. This are our network logs. Thanks!

I just watched your screencast. It looks like that for some reasons your app is not setting the frame ancestor directive. cf. the last frame of your screencast:
