Fatal errors with scanner.dispatch(Scanner.Action.OPEN_CAMERA)

Starting Friday, embedded app calls to scanner.dispatch(Scanner.Action.OPEN_CAMERA) closes the Shopify app.

Recreating the code from the Shopify tutorial will no longer work on test environments, live environments, and mobile optimized loading environments. I can't pull up the error logs because calling the OPEN_CAMERA action will crash the entire Shopify app instantly.

Can someone please take a look, we're using the following packages.

The best place to get help with a potential bug with App Bridge is by submitting an issue on the Github Repository for App Bridge. This keeps it public and will also add visibility for other developers to engage with as well.
