installing a custom app doesn't generate the link with the required data

Hello, after I've installed a custom app with the installation link, the redirect uri doesn't contains the required data to get the token.

They are missing code, state, timestamp. There is only the shop.

How to properly get these data?

I followed the the tutorial with shopify cli, then I tried with the old system running npm run dev.

The link generated has no required data.

I need to get the token for an external app.
