RestAPI call issue, secret keys access to front end

I am a new developer at shopify and recently decided to build myself a shopify application on REACT and NODE that uses the Shopify Admin API. I created this app by using the Shopify CLI. I came to these forums and read all of the documentation and was just completely lost on accomplishing this simple task. As I went through all of the forums and documentation I began to grow angry that there was not a posted "All in one solution" to a simple REST API call. Can someone help me how to call restapi from shopify frontend to some other backend and how to access shopify secret api, shopify api, store name to frontend?
All the rest api calls it is using ngrok url and appending other url to it how can i call simple url without appending ngrok url?
