Shopify CLI developing new post-purchase extension flow

Hello community,
I'm developing a Shopify custom App with a post-purchase extension, but it has become really annoying developing the post-purchase extension as every single time I need to test a change I have to create a new order, then I can see the extension changes and the it redirects automatically to the Thank you page, so I need it to stay always in the extension preview so I can test easily the changes.

As you can see in the screenshot I'm using the CLI console and configured the post-purchase extension properly. But as shown in the screenshot when I create the order for previewing the extension, it displays only once and then redirects to the Thank you page, I need it either to stay in post-purchase page or not redirect to Thank you page so I can test the changes and preview them using the same order.
