Shopify payment API

Hello

Our Netsuit ERP system manager try to connect the shopify payment and there's someting confused them

First, the data they try to get is wrong with some code,for example the order shows the amount is 0.34USD, but in the code it shows the 34 USD, is there something wrong, please see the screenshot

Second, there's no clear to show up the csot type; The value of the cost type requires background configuration, or the API interface supports crawling.
