Shopify staff cannot install my app but I can (OAuth)

Hello

I am facing an issue where the Shopify staff cannot install my app to test it. They claim they do not get redirected to the OAuth page after installation and attached is the screenshot they provided (showing what they see after install).

I have just tested this on a couple of my development stores and I do not face the same issues.

I am wondering what could be the problem here?
