Shopify theme dev page doesn´t load properly

Hello, when i try to develop on the theme it doesn´t work properly. I reinstalled node and Ruby and I checked the local url on incognito mode as well but I wasn´t succeed.

Are you seeing any errors when you run shopify theme dev, eg: any specific theme files failing to render? Is the theme loading as expected on a live store?
