Theme Access shows a blank screen

I'm writing to seek assistance with an issue I'm experiencing with the "Theme Access" app. After installing the app in my Shopify store, I'm unfortunately encountering a blank screen instead of the usual app interface.

I've already tried various troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Clearing my browser cache and cookies.
  • Reinstalling the app.
  • Restarting my browser and computer.

However, the blank screen persists.

Given the importance of managing theme access for my collaborators, I'd greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Is this only happening with one specific store? I can't seem to replicate on my test dev store:
