1100 dofollows in website

Hi there, festive greetings to you all.  I have a few issues with seo which I was trying to correct.  I am not a developer however have system tested in the past so am confident (what I thought anyway) with coding myself.

By trying to correct a few SEO issues, I seem to have created just as many issues again.  I had been working on creating changes for H1 tag missing or empty, open graph image meta data, and website speed improvements.  

I have spent the best part of 30 hours, googling, searching discussion groups etc for suggestions and I would seriously like to take a break for summer.

Firstly I now have 1100 dofollows to Instagram and Facebook on every page, by the looks of things and also have pages with excessive number of links. 

I also have code somewhere that references a file I didn't even load myself that references a sports brand from the US.

Please help.

You can just reset the theme code I think
