Can i get some help to make my color filter 2 columns instead of 1, or just not as long maybe 2-3 rows

You can try to add this code to Custom CSS in Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings and check.

.filter--color ul {
display: grid;
grid-template-columns: 1fr 1fr;
}
