A Third Party email marketing app Klaviyo - embed messed up my website fonts. Referesh Theme

Hello!

I just installed the klaviyo email marketing app. And tried to set up an embedded sign up form.

But a problem occurred when I put the embedded sign-up form into my website.

Some of the words that are in my website changed fonts and are stuck in those fonts. It even changes the fonts when I removed the sign up forms.

When refreshing the site you can see how it changes the words.

For example the language chooser (''Latviešu'') - you can see how it is in the original font and then it changes to a random light font. (Also the selection words in the dropdown menu changed for the ''palīdzība'' section)

When I am trying to change the font to something else these words on the whole website just don't change.....

I had Poppins Medium font - and put a Poppins font onto my sign-up form on the word ''E-pasts'' / ''Email'' (Maybe that changed something?) On the sign up form there is also an Arials BLACK font on the word ''PIESEKO'' / ''SUBSCRIBE''.

Changed the Poppins Medium font to Poppins Extra Bold so the problem is more seeable.

I'm slowly getting to the core of the problem myself. Now I know that this problem only happens with the Poppins font…. If I change the font to something else - then everything is fine.

But still need help! As my website's font for styling is Poppins.

Maybe I can reset the Poppins font somehow?

After more testing, I can see that there are fonts that don't mess up and there are fonts that mess up.... Inter font also messes up.

I can see that the font changes when I change it, but the weight of the specific words doesn't change when I change them (Regular to Medium or Bold).

It seems like the klaviyo app has overwritten the default Shopify google fonts with their google fonts - because on the klaviyo app the Poppins font has only one weight - Regular. And those words that seem to be stuck always stay on the Poppins Regular weight and just don't change....

How could I fix this?

Just delete the font that you added under '’Content - Images & Brand - Fonts'’ section.
