accidentally deleted header section

i deleted my header a few days ago, but now i realized i want it back as i want to put my logo on the top middle. as u can see in the image below i have no 'Header' tab

It looks like you removed the whole section of Header of the theme. You might want to check if there is any copy of the theme you made as there is a high possibility that the header section on original theme is still intact. If not, you might want to explore your theme coding to see if you can re-add the Header section through there. You can also try to reach out to your theme developer and see if they can bring it back on their end.
