Accidentally deleted menu navigation header

hello, I accidentally deleted my navigation header when I created a landing page for my website and I can’t see to figure out how to add it back. I tried going to store, then navigation but there is no place to add it back there. Can I do it In theme settings somewhere?

Can you share a screenshot of the issue, and may I know what your theme is? Depending on the theme, you will be able to add your menu navigation from your >Header section and click >select menu.
