Add border to specific paragraph in product descriptions

I'm using Refresh theme and need to add a border to specific paragraphs or content inside product description. Content inside should have padding and border can be solid or dashed (how to make both).

Hi hi, i also really want this. But I would like the following: 

The too cool to care text box from the picture. This needs to be added to specific paragraphs inside my product description. Could you please help? 🙂
