Add custom border around product image and description

I can only find solutions for adding simple borders around the images, but is it possible to add a fancier border?

The demo you sent it is added directly by the image, if you want to add the same thing you can use background for it. Refer https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp

Which refrence website You have given it has images it's not the border with code.
Make you product images with the border.
