Add custom section or custom liquid block - customizable squares - Dawn theme

I tried to create in Photoshop what I have in mind. I might be wrong on how to create it, but I think it starts with three basic squares, at least that's how I am trying to describe my idea.

Note that fonts, height of the block and the colours should be customizable. The center text, and the two vertical texts should get their values from metafields.

I'm using the latest version of the Dawn theme.

To build that section you would need to custom code it and adapt it to mobile as well. Let us know if you'd like us to assist on the building front. What theme are you using?
