Add custom variant option name

Hi, I'm new to Shopify and I'm having a big problem customizing my products page. I cannot in any way add a custom option name (such as "Ring size" or "Package") because I only have the possibility to select the pre-set ones such as "Size, "Color" etc. Can you tell me how I can do it?

When you start typing and system shows you a suggestions dropdown you can press "Esc" or click outside drop-down to hide it or you can press "Tab" and then another "Tab" to get to Option values input.

@Vallo Do not press the "Enter" key after typing "Ring name". Once entered your custom option name, you can click outside of the field and then you can enter the option values for it. Finally, save changes for the desired outcome.
