Add icon with text section. outsied of the product information section.

Why don't I have an 'icon with text' section in my DOWN theme except in the product information section? i want to use it under the product information section and it do not appear.

Yes, it is not there so its needs to be added in the theme with custom coded. If you have issues doing this by yourself then do let me know.
