Add icons to check out page - Refresh theme

Hi guys, I would like to add some text and feature icons on my checkout pages. I have provided an example below from another website. Please can you advise as to how I can begin to make such changes on my own website:

If you are using Shopify Plus, you have the ability to make the necessary changes to the checkout page. However, if you are not on the Shopify Plus plan, you won't be able to edit the checkout page, as it's restricted by Shopify.
