Add Link to Another Page of My Wesbite to Product Description

I am trying to add a link to my FAQs page under one of my product descriptions. However, every time I add the link, save, view the live site, and click the link I am directed to a 404 page.

It seems to be including /products in my link, which is creating the error, but I did not include this in my link (as shown below).
