Add live crypto market background

Hello everybody. Right now i am bulding a store about crypto and i would like to add a live background of the daily markets in my store.

Like this one above and i want to add it right here on my website. Im using shopify standard theme this one i  think its called refresh. And where the picture if the guy with the shirt is. Right there is where i want to add the live background of the bubbles bouncing around with live prices. How do i do that???
