Add more order details to one page Check-out page (order summary)

Hi,

I am working on the online store: petersolberg.com.

Is it possible to add extra information about orders on the checkout page (order summary) like the example below (tell how many units/products there is in the baske in total with text, like in the example below with arrow) and how do I code it, if it is possible?

You can't customize the Checkout page unless you use Shopify Plus: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/checkout-extensibility
