Add multiple columns (multi columns of dawn theme) to another theme

There is no template that I want to use in the theme that I bought and am using now.

I'd like to add a template to the theme I'm using that works exactly the same as the dawn theme template. (You can set columns 2, 3, and 4, and you can set the number of exposures per line on your mobile.)
Is there a way to add it as a template that can be selected and modified using html?

I want to make a homepage template with the same shape as the picture below

If the option is not available in your theme to set columns then you need coding to make option to set the columns.
