add multiple option & subscription & minimum & maximum wight 6-7 , how ?

I recently created a shopify store, but some problems are coming because I give subscription of vegetables and fruits, in which people have a 450 demo plan and another, 1800 monthly plan in which they can choose 6-7 kg of vegetables Right now I do not understand how to give them a chance to choose multiple options with 6-7 kg in the subscription. Please help me
