Add newsletter horizontally to the footer

Hi there,

I want to add the newseletter to the footer which is horizontally align with the footer menus, not below them, For example

But I want to rearrange it like this :

Hey @Markit-Themes, Thank you for your reply but I need the newsletter as one of the grid components of the footer content top.

The solution you gave worked but at some page width it looks ugly( not proper spacing and positioning)
