Add own custom snippet for all sections that i want

Can i create own snippet and then dynamically add it to section that i want in editor? So I mean to avoid writing a render tag in the code for each required section. I know about theme blocks but they are available as part of the Flex sections developer preview.

You can use custom liquid block where you can write liquid code directly in section blocks

If you check as an example on product template in theme customizer, you can
add a custom liquid block that allows you to add custom liquid code
