Add pictos in the header bar menu of the Grid template (pixelunion)

Hi team
I have notice that in some screen there is a picto for the cart so I was wondering if it would be possible to add a picto in the hearder bar menu. I can do it when I use the inspector (through the following classes : cart-count-text a, customer-links a, check-out-link__button button) but I don't find the file(s) to modify.
Could someone help ?🙏🏻
