add sizes when you hover over product

I have a spotlight theme, I sell clothing. And I want to implement a quick add to cart buttons.

As an example when you hover over the product I want it to show the multiple sizes and let you click one and add it automatically to the cart.

It needs customization you need to go with a developer to implement it.
or you can switch to a theme in which this option is available by default.
