Add Subscribers to Blog/Newsletter in Dawn Theme

I have a site built using Dawn with a blog set up. I want to add email subscriptions to the blog so when a new post is published, the opt-in people are alerted, similar to subscribing to a newsletter. I don't see a section I can add to enable visitors to subscribe to the blog/newsletter. 

Do I need an email marketing app for this? If so, is there one that anyone would recommend - all I need is to enable newsletter/blog subscriptions for now, not ongoing email marketing.

Have you heard of klaviyo?

There is a section named "Email SignUp" in Dawn Theme, You can check this.
Otherwise, klaviyo is the best option.

Thanks! I noticed in the Dawn Theme when I go into "edit code" I see a section called "Newsletter" but when I go to "add section" when I customize the site, this section doesn't appear on the list. Do you know if that's because it needs an email marketing app? Appreciate the help.
