Add subtitle to product cards using Stiletto theme

I would like to add a short description or subtitle to my product cards so that the subtitle is shown when viewing products in a collection. This option doesn't come native to my theme (Stiletto by Fluorescent). I found solutions for other themes using metafields, but the instructions don't exactly apply because of the way my theme's code is organized and labeled. Below, I've included a screenshot from another website that has what I'd like to achieve. I circled a subtitle in red for extra clarity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
