Add SVG icons to multicolumn sections

Hello everyone,

I have several questions, I wanted to add SVG icons in a multi-column section but I feel like they removed the ability to do so?

If anyone has a solution to do this on the refresh theme I'm interested.

Another question, how to remove frame and shadow from multicolumns with custom css? I want the shadows to remain on other multicolumn sections so I absolutely need custom css to do this on a case by case basis
