Hi all,
Firstly, I would like to say I have been on here for a week now, and the help and assistance is amazing! Really helped my store.
My store is www.missmistyboutique.com
I have 2 questions...
1. How do I add a checkbox for customers to say they have read and understand the terms and conditions? Either at the cart or checkout stage. I have tried an app and it did nothing?? Do I need to add it to the code at all?
2. How do I add a customer feedback survey after checkout? Is it an app that you can get? I have tried 2 apps and same as above, no result.
If anyone can shed some light on this, I will be forever grateful! It will really finish off my page!

I hope I'm not too late but Zigpoll should be able to handle both of these situations. You can use the app to:
1. Add a pop up on the Cart page (third party scripts are not allowed on the checkout page) asking if they accept the terms and conditions.
2. Add a post purchase survey to ask your questions on the /thank_you page (alternatively you could email the survey on purchase). You can configure your survey to ask as many questions as you like and then use the data to improve your product line or online store.
