Add text fields to check out?

Hi,

I would like to add four text fields (year, make, model, motor size) to my Shopify Check out form.

Is there an easy way to do this that I am just missing?

@offroadjim - you will need shopify plus account to have an access to checkout page, better to contact shopify support for this edit.
