Add The Same Arrows To Menu Items On Mobile That Don't Have Subcategories & Fix Login Spacing Issue

I would like to add the same arrows that are on the Menu Items that have subcategories, onto the ones that don't have subcategories on mobile, just to appease that OCD in me. See first photo for that one. 

Then I would like to have the whole entire Login Account Button on mobile Menu higher up. Before, when the Menu only had 7 options, it fit perfectly, the entire Login was showing, and there was no need to scroll, but now that there's 8 options, the Login button doesn't show up well unless you scroll down and I'd like it to be immediately visible without scroll, and there is enough space below the menu items for the whole Login button to show up if I can just remove the big space between the two things and then fix the new issue that comes up when I achieve that. See last four photos for this one.

I would like help without having to share that information. I'm using Sense theme and I'm willing to share with you the codes that are in there for that specific section but that's about it. Sorry about that.
