add to block button on product page sections is missing

my add to block button in the product information section is missing but i want to add collapsible rows between the information and the add to cart button. need your help asap!! thank you 🙂

Hi @lilliborchmann some themes have a block limit which then disables adding more blocks.

And not all themes support specific blocks.

Adding those features is an advanced theme customization.

This Add Block in Product Details has gone missing in 2 of my site just recently.

I used it to build Product Description Layouts about 4 months ago and added Custom blocks and so on.

There is now no way to customise the Product Description using the Block Editor .

Why would they remove this feature ?

They changed the way this works.  To find the "Add Block" options, you now need to hover over the area below the last block in the section and the next sections.  A blue line will show up .

Oh wow - That makes sense now I see it!  You can add a block anywhere
instead of at the bottom and then drag it up.. Didn't realise -
