Add to cart button doesn't update drawing cart on mobile devices | Prestige Theme

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m encountering an issue with the “Add to Cart” functionality on my website, bugancoffeelab.com, which uses the Prestige theme. The problem appears exclusively on mobile devices (both Safari and Chrome browsers).

 

Issue Details:

  • When attempting to add products to the cart on mobile devices, nothing happens—the cart does not update, and the item isn’t added.
  • The issue occurs only on mobile devices, not when I simulate a mobile device on desktop browsers (using developer tools).
  • Interestingly, when I request the desktop version of the site on Safari mobile, the “Add to Cart” button works correctly, and the cart updates as expected.
  • I’ve tested with both Safari and Chrome on different mobile devices, and the issue is consistent across all.

 

Steps I’ve Taken:

  • Cleared cache and cookies on mobile browsers.
  • Temporarily switched to a default Shopify theme, where the issue does not occur, suggesting the problem might be related to the Prestige theme or customizations made within it.

 

Request for Help:

I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue, especially if anyone has experienced something similar with the Prestige theme or has insights into what might be causing this problem on mobile devices specifically.
