Add to cart button not working on subscriptions page

Hi the add to cart button is not working on my subscriptions page. I contacted ReCharge but they said since we have a custom theme on Shopify, we need a developer who knows coding to fix it.

I am currently in charge of the website but i am not a developer. Could you please guide me on the steps to fix this issue?

They have sent this link but i dont understand where to change it and the exact steps.
