Add to Cart + Quantity Selector

I would like to make my product collection page to have a quantity selector and the add to cart button. I want the customer to add the quantity he wants then clicks add to cart to add it to the cart. This is all on the product collection grid. Attached is my website, and an example of what I want is also attached.

Did not do the trick.. look at my example that I mentioned
