Added Featured image on collection removed after refreshing page

I want to add featured image to every collection but it something goes wrong. Please see provided screenshots. I have managed to add a featured image to 1 collection a while ago but it does not work for the rest.

Anyone know what is going on?

1. Before adding featured image

2. Featured image added but have not pressed the save button

3. Save button pressed.

4. Page refreshed and the added image is gone.

Make sure your image format is supported by Shopify.

Dimensions: 11648x8736

Should that work?

Your image dimensions issue. Shopify images can be any size up to 4472 x 4472 px, or 20 megapixels.
